We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to develop and deliver the university's International Marketing and Recruitment strategies to facilitate the recruitment of international students, while diversifying source markets and programs.
Reporting to the Director, Global Engagement and contributing as an integral member of the Global leadership team, you'll provide strategic advice pertaining to international marketing, recruitment and commercial opportunities that are aligned to university-wide strategy and ACU's unique mission and values.
Through the assessment of market needs, trends and opportunities, you will devise effective product development strategies, facilitated by leveraging complex external relationships, including international institutional partners, education agents, external service providers and business entities.
With a recognised track record of achievement in the management of a team and delivery against strategic outcomes, you will be responsible for managing, guiding and supporting staff through change and strengthening internal relationships to enhance international brand representation, positioning and consistency.
You'll be tertiary qualified in business, marketing, international relations or a related discipline, coupled with extensive experience in international Marketing and Recruitment in the education sector.
Key to your success will be in the depth of your understanding of international education markets and ability to meaningfully analyse relevant trends and data to inform business development and product management.
