You will be efficient, precise, and attentive. On a daily basis, your duties will include:

• Supporting a high-performing Director
• Building community connections
• Running open inspections
• Strategic prospecting and cold calling
• Conducting follow-up calls
• Liaising with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
• Creating targeted and informative mailouts
• Coordinating pest and building inspections
• Assisting with advertising

The Candidate:
The successful applicant must be results-driven. You will have exceptional attention to detail, outstanding priority management, and the ability to handle any task. Previous Real Estate experience is essential - you could be a qualified Leasing Consultant, Property Manager, or Sales Associate looking to take the next step in your career. Our ideal candidate will attribute:

• A current Certificate of Registration
• A reliable car and a valid driver’s license
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Possess a high standard of customer service
• Have strong knowledge of the local area
• Confidence and maturity
