As the Associate Director of Inside Sales, you responsible for the tele sales performance across New Zealand. With over 30 sales consultants and 4 direct reports you will be working closely with the Sales Director & the Field Sales team to drive continue performance and growth across the region.
The role is both challenging and rewarding and requires an individual who is results driven, and one who loves to celebrate success. A sense of humour and a creative flair for fun including daily incentives is something that is critical to the success of the individual.

What are the key responsibilities?
You will be data driven, reviewing performance data and key metrics to understand gaps and improvement areas to effectively coach and develop your team. Ultimately, your key responsibility is to achieve and maintain financial performance all channels.
This is a hands-on role, and you will achieve this through:
- The ability to motivate and lead teams.
- Regularly review and assess the performance of the teams.
- Continuous development of the leadership team through hands on coaching
- Using data to support the decision-making process.
- Strong QA frameworks
- Focusing on running the "playbook" and enhancing its success.
