Working as a trusted partner within the , you will provide specialist and strategic advice to senior leaders so that we can enable a people centric working environment across the College. This critical position will drive the development & implementation of strategic people initiatives specific to the client group whilst ensuring operational people matters relevant to the College are dealt with in a timely and people centred manner. Delivering a contemporary and pragmatic approach in supporting our people plans, your up-to-date knowledge of legislation, trends and best practice thinking will enable you to meet strategic aims. As a senior leader within the People and Wellbeing team, this opportunity requires a supportive and collaborative style to work effectively across the function.
What's Required
- Significant track record of managing change, People and Wellbeing matters withina large and/or complex organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate the strategic direction of an organisation into a clear people plan.
- Experience in leading and delivering business transformation initiatives and programs.
- Track record of coaching, inspiring and motivating others and making decisions that balance achieving outcomes with care for people.
- Proactive examples of leading and contributing to an organisational culture that supports an effective safety and Wellbeing environment through systems and processes and through personal behaviours.
- A growth mindset and the capacity to think critically.
- Demonstrated success in establishing and leading high-performing teams, providing a supportive and collegial work environment, and fostering and mentoring team members to achieve at their highest capability.
- Exemplary leadership capability with constructive resilient behaviours.
