Associate Director, Portfolio And Partners

This individual will play a pivotal role within Optus by owning and managing our strategic partners through the successful end to end management of our Accessories business across the whole of our organisation.Your primary area of focus will be to take on an active leadership role in fostering, building and driving value from the relationship with our partners Likewize, through leading commercial plans and strategies, ranging of products/brands, coordinating key device launches and driving performance through the Optus channels. In addition you will manage large eCom and digital transformation projects crucial to our annual operating plan. • You will have a strong track record within accessories/devices with a focus on Partner Management/Commercials
• Strong partnerships and product or portfolio management experience will see you be successful in this role
• You are commercially minded, with confirmed experience leading financials in P&L/ budgets to successful outcomes
• Ideally you will have some experience in Telco/Consumer Electronics, however what will help you is a strong leadership mindset and ability to be self motivated
• You will be a top-tier communicator with the capability to leverage your relationships with a broad suite of internal and external collaborators to influence and lead projects into success for Optus.
