- You will be responsible for customer base revenue and customer value growth strategy.
- Yield and growth opportunities in base holding accountability for commercial margin and provide analysis to understand key changes or opportunities within the customer base to improve yield, working with CRM to develop tactical plans to address these changes.
- Define and own the competitor framework and ongoing Portfolio and Pricing strategy to deliver against the medium to long-term company vision.
- Working with marketing on acquisition offers to make sure the promo pricing follows the promo pricing policy. Analysing price change requests from the Marketing team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price relativity.
- Lead the Product Portfolio strategy to deliver to financial and customer objectives and aligned with the Optus brand portfolio strategy.
- Working across BU's to define customer’s changing needs, industry movement and portfolio gaps. Inputting and own the commercial product road map which includes pricing and inclusion change, feature enhancement and portfolio extension to continuously enhance amaysim Product Portfolio.
- Confirmed experience in a similar pricing role or coming from a highly commercial product background that is strategy/critical metric driven.
- Telecommunications experience is essential to the success of this role.
- Strong understanding of product value proposition and ability in competitor analysis to drive competitive edge to the amaysim portfolio.
- High degree of commercial acumen underpinned by strong project management experience.
- You are a guide at managing key stakeholders through your interpersonal relationship building ability.
- University degree or equivalent experience in a related in field.
