• Large teaching hospital in the Eastern Suburbs5 days per week with ADO or negotiate
• Limited tenure - to the 30 June 2024
• Administrative or Health Professional awards negotiable.

About the roleThe Associate Director QPS provides leadership in developing a culture and capability for continuous improvement, ensuring a focus on patient quality and safety to achieve performance targets and organisational objectives within the Directorates.The Associate Director QPS, will work in conjunction with the Eastern Health Executive Directors and Directors to provide leadership that will drive performance improvement and innovation across their respective directorates and ensure the service’s focus on patient quality and safety.About youTo be successful in this role you have:

• Knowledge and understanding of relevant accreditation standards and processes
• Experience in developing and implementing quality systems in Health care
• Ability to influence change in a collaborative and highly professional environment
