Responsibilities:

• Contract Expertise: Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of contracts for infrastructure projects, ensuring precision and alignment with legal standards.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments for infrastructure ventures, offering strategic advice to mitigate potential legal risks and safeguard project success.

Requirements:

• Legal Qualification: Qualified lawyer with a degree from a recognised institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in infrastructure law.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of infrastructure legislation, regulations, and best practices.
• Contract Expertise: Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
