The Position:
As an Insurance Associate, you will play a crucial role within the Financial Lines team, working under the guidance of experienced Partners across various offices. This role specifically focuses on employment practices liability claims and a range of professional indemnity matters. The Financial Lines team is at the forefront of handling claims against professionals across various industries, representing underwriters, brokers, insureds, and representatives of professional bodies. You will also provide advice on unfair dismissal and general protections claims, discrimination and sexual harassment claims, anti-bullying claims, as well as contractual and Award disputes and enterprise agreements.
Essential Experience and Criteria:
- 3+ years post-admission experience: As a defendant insurance Solicitor
- Your excellent analytical skills enable you to navigate complex legal scenarios with precision.
- You have a passion for the law and are committed to building strong client relationships, delivering high-quality service and advice.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to meet tight deadlines.
