About the Role:As an Assistant Nurse Manager – Emergency Department, you will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of clinical rostering, integration of contemporary human, material and financial resource management into service delivery and support the Nurse Manager to complete the performance appraisal and development of staff. In conjunction with the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager assists with driving change and the achievement of departmental KPI's.
