Boyne Russell House is a 30 bed aged care facility that is based in Brunswick and is part of Royal Melbourne Hospital. We provide person centred approach to care and utilise best practice strategies to enhance the lives of our residents.
Your new role:
• The role is responsible for managing the requirements of the shift they lead and work directly with residents and their family to achieve positive outcomes for individuals living in the residential care facility.
• The ANUM is a member of the multidisciplinary team who works closely with residents and families or representative to achieve positive lifestyle goals and outcomes for each individual resident.
• In undertaking the role, the ANUM will subscribe to the values of Melbourne Health and ensures that the services are provided within a quality framework and within the policies of the organisation.
About you:
• Experience working in Aged Care Setting
• Have an understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team
• You have effective communication skills
• Strong commitment to quality improvement and aged care
