An exciting opportunity exists to join the Western Health at Home Division in the newly created role of Nurse Unit Manager – Community Virtual Health Unit. This role will oversee the day-to-day management of the unit and for the initial few months will work with the Project Team and Operations Manager to shape the model of care and development of the service.
This role would suit an enthusiastic and dynamic leader who is looking for a new challenge and would like to be a part of developing and operationalising a new service within a large public healthcare organisation.
Experience in emergency nursing, digital health/virtual care or community nursing would be highly advantageous.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- A minimum of 4 years post registration experience
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated high level management skills
- Ideally hold a Postgraduate qualification or be working towards
- Experience in a leadership role (desirable)
