Nurse Unit Manager in the leadership of nurses in General and Emergency settings at Kimba Hospital. Promoting continuity and consistency of care in collaboration with other
Nurse Unit Managers, you will contribute to the implementation of practice changes and undertake service management responsibilities. These will include performance management processes, recruitment, staffing, leave management, rostering, work allocation and attendance management, financial and supplies planning and monitoring. Utilising your nursing skills and knowledge, you will support and work collaboratively with less experienced members of the nursing team.
