The opportunity
We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a passionate, experienced Sales Associate to join our team.
Reporting to the Venue Partner, you will provide leadership and guidance to ensure we meet and exceed the service standards expected of each event.

Requirements
- Experience with live events
- Excellent communication
- Professional presentation
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated methodical planning experience
- Team leadership experience
- Experience with audiovisual and event staging technology (desirable)
- Experience as an audio-visual technician or technical events logistics experience (desirable)
- Business and/or management experience (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional customer service to clients and the venue
- Regularly liaise with customers
- Provide quotes for event services
- Lead the team and manage financial performance
- Engage with operational practices
