The Opportunity
As a Sales Associate, you will support Sales Consultants by assisting with daily sales, sales centre activities, sales administration and the Moremac customer nurture campaigns.
Your responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Meet and greet clients at sales offices by providing a high level of customer service so that buyers become advocates.
- Assist Sales Consultants in achieving sales rates as determined by the Sales Manager.
- Provide support to Sales Consultants and Sales Manager.
- Attend and minute fortnightly meetings as required.
- Assist with preparing reports and documents as required.
- Coordinate sales & marketing related functions of display suite openings and project launches
- Assist with managing sales centre presentation, sales schedules and reporting
- Maintain high level of presentation and adequate stocks for the sales offices.
- Assist sales team with any customer related paperwork and follow ups.
- Assist in the evaluation and reporting of sales and marketing activities as required.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity and report relevant changes to management team
- Compile monthly Competitor Analysis Reports
- Support Sales Consultants to attend to all enquiries
- Build legal knowledge (contracts, procedures, legal representation).
- Liaise with solicitors regarding deposits, contracts and settlements.
- Liaise with other internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Champion the CRM (Salesforce), ensure all tasks are completed and support the implementation of the Moremac customer nurture campaign.
- Ensure compliance with the Moremac Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship operations manual
Your point of difference
The ideal candidate will have moderate experience in a sales and marketing role, with administrative/sales experience and database management knowledge. You will have an Agents Representative Certificate (QLD) or Certificate IV in Real Estate (preferred but not essential) as well as Microsoft Office skills, strong communication skills and be able to adapt quickly to new systems and processes. Finally, you will have strong commercial/financial intelligence and polished self-presentation.
