As a Sales Associate with Raine&Horne Townsville, you will have the chance to gain valuable real estate experience and credentials, positioning you to advance into a lead agent role with established contacts and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing administrative aspects of appraisals and sales processes
- Assisting with buyer management and negotiation of offers
- Attending appointments and property inspections
- Booking and completing appraisals for clients
- Building and nurturing a database of clients
- Collecting data through cold calling, door knocking, and letterbox dropping
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset
- Professional phone manner and customer service skills
- High level of personal presentation
- Must have a real estate license or be willing to complete the course
- Ability to problem solve and use initiative
