We are currently seeking dynamic Full Time Sales Associates to join our Riverlink store. Previous luxury retail/jewellery experience is preferred but not essential.
The Role
The duties you will need to perform are:
- Provide exceptional customer service delivery.
- Meet set sales and KPI targets.
- Excellence in store presentation.
- Operational excellence.
- Outstanding product knowledge.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities:
- Ability to meet set sales KPI targets whilst providing excellence in customer service delivery.
- Ability to actively contribute as a member of a high performing team and assist in meeting team goals.
- High level of personal presentation.
- Satisfactory ability to adhere to security and stock handling processes.
- Basic computer skills in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Satisfactory attention to detail with an ability to ensure accuracy at all times.
- Entry level ability in presentation and merchandising of retail stores.
