Although the business model allows for all forms of advisory products akin to an investment bank, the successful candidate will be exposed primarily to equity advisory subsequent transaction management support. This could be either on the buy-side or sell-side, either on direct or corporate transactions.
The successful candidate will ideally have a background of 1-3 years experience within an Investment Bank or Corporate Development team.
Experience within Real Estate advisory is very advantageous but not essentilal. However, a passion for long term growth within commercial Real Estate is essential.
