The Role:
The Leasing Administration Assistant is responsible for delivering timely, efficient, and effective administrative support to the Leasing team. This position is based in Western Sydney, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing proposals and legal documents
- Process all incoming lease documentation
- Prepare letters of offer to prospective tenants in accordance with company policy and requirements.
- Support Leasing executives in the budget review process.
- Filing, processing of invoices and expenses, travel bookings, and diary management
- Liaising with Internal & External stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings
- Attend weekly meetings
- Ideally, have 2 years of experience in property administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
