Based in Manly in Brisbane's beautiful bayside, the client is looking for the next superstar to join their team specialising in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Corporate Services recruitment both temporary and permanent.

As a trusted advisor to the organisations you partner with, your role will be to grow and build your network through developing new relationships with both candidates and clients.
With a highly structured induction process, a success roadmap and over 30 years of recruitment experience, you’ll be fully supported all the way!

Your role
Reporting into the Director and working closely with them, your role will involve:
- Interviewing potential candidates for roles
- Lead generation and outbound sales calls
- Outbound client relationship development calls
- Reference checking
- Conducting client meetings and providing solutions for your clients
- Market mapping, identifying market opportunities
- End to end recruitment best practice
- Working to targets and KPI's
- Multitasking and working within tight deadlines
About you
You will be a driven individual that values honesty and authenticity, who is passionate about making a difference through the levels of service you give your clients and candidates. You will have a keen interest in Talent Acquisition and HR and be hungry to learn.
You will have a proven sales / business development track record along with great interpersonal skills. FUN is important as well as your natural warmth and energy you bring to work every day.
You will be able to pick up multiple systems quickly and have exceptional organisational skills along with B2B Commercial acumen. You will love setting and achieving goals that will lead you to uncapped commission and additional rewards, work well with KPI's and have a great sense of humour!
You will use your initiative and be able to take business development concepts and build your own client base!
