The Role
You will attend client meetings, analyse each client's needs, goals and objectives, and then work on a strategy that meets their best interests. Your notes and recommendations from the client meetings will then be used to construct the advice document. You will use XPLAN for both modelling financial projections and as the core CRM for the business. You will be able to project manage a set of clients that you will take ownership of and be a key player in their financial journey
The mentoring and development program you will receive will continue to set the strong foundations of your professional advice career.
About You
You will have a background in either Client Services or Paraplanning within financial planning or you could be an Associate Adviser today looking to take the next step.
You are ideally degree qualified or working towards completion, although this isn't essential. You may prefer to be in a strong technical and strategic role that doesn't proceed to the delivery of advice and that is fine, the business is open to several channels to find the best people
- Can anticipate the needs of clients & advisers & respond appropriately
- Able to plan work to meet deadlines and achieve team outcomes
- Experience in advice document preparation and financial modelling
- High standard of client service skills
- Support and work closely with a single adviser
- Attend client meetings and grow your network
- Salary package between $85,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation
