In this role, you will also need to navigate the challenges of working with a firm that is always in the public eye due to its controversial stance in the marketplace. This position requires resilience, tact, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include: Regularly connect with new and prospective clients to build and nurture lasting partnerships. Meet with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions. Source and manage candidate expectations to maintain a diverse and well-stocked talent pool.
Drive the recruitment process forward, filling client roles with the right candidates. Foster clear, professional, and positive communication with all stakeholders. Manage all end to end 360 recruitment cycle from start to finish.
Efficiently managing communications and logging activities with our ATS/CRM system, Job Adder. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact confidently in a high-visibility environment. A proactive work ethic with the ability to operate independently.
Professionalism in conduct and appearance. Competency in using modern office technologies and CRM systems. A team-oriented mindset, with a readiness to contribute to collective goals.
