Associate Unit Manager

A great opportunity for a Midwife looking to develop their leadership and management skills is now available!About the RoleMaternity leave coverage position now available on our 36-bed postnatal ward for an experienced Midwife.This is a permanent night duty role offering 54 hours per fortnight, or 6 shifts a fortnight, on a 12-month fixed contract.Your Skills and Experience

• Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife.
• Minimum 3 years relevant midwifery experience.
• Relevant post-graduate qualifications will be highly regarded
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of infection control principles.
• Willing to work in a cohesive and caring team.

This is a permanent night duty role. Ability to work these shifts is essential to be considered.RemunerationOn offer is an hourly rate ranging from $53.22 - $ 54.98 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
