This role is responsible for the procurement and compliance of Service Delivery Partners (SDPs) and overseeing the Quality Audit team function.Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Land and Housing Contract; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.Responsibilities:What you'll doThe role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
  • Oversee the procurement process for SDPs, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, policies, and regulations.
  • Develop and refine contract audit methodologies to effectively assess SDP performance and compliance.
  • Implement and maintain an assurance management structure that ensures independence from operational functions for audit and compliance staff.
  • Lead the Quality Audit team, providing guidance, support, and direction to audit personnel.
  • Analyse audit findings and trends to identify areas of improvement and potential risks.
Qualifications:What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or auditing desirable.
  • Proven experience in procurement, compliance, and audit management, preferably in a government contracting environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
