- Base salary ranges between $124,435 and $133,901 p.a. (HP4).
- 4 weeks p.a. recreational leave + 17.5% loading.
- Up to 12.5% employer superannuation contribution.
Staff Accommodation may be available or rental subsidy of $82.50 p.w. up to 17 months.
Professional Development: we offer in-house training, development and mentoring programs, a $3,047 p.a. allowance to assist with external development, and 3 days p.a. leave for attending training or conferences.
Rural and Remote incentives: Category B allowance of $231.94 p.f.

About the role
This role will deliver a high standard and comprehensive range of drug and alcohol services to individuals, families, groups, and community members, including but not limited to clinical assessment and treatment services in accordance with harm minimisation policy and practice and community priorities to reduce harm associated with the use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs and coordinate and participate in all other prevention and intervention activities undertaken by the multidisciplinary ATODS service. The position is community based, and the incumbent will be expected to work with a broad range of individuals, groups and organisations to meet the objectives identified.
The North West ATODS is a specialist service that provides a range of treatments for the severe and complex drug and alcohol individuals and families. North West ATODS provides a range of community based AOD programs and a Consultation Liaison service
Main requirements
- Proof of qualification, registration with AHPRA and a current practising certificate are mandatory requirements.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, Tuberculosis and COVID-19.
- A 6-month period of probation may apply.
