Position Overview:
As the Audi Service Manager, you will oversee all service operations, ensuring efficency, profitability and high customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and service advisors, fostering a positive work environment and upholding the Audi brand's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead and motivate the service team to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive prompt, courteous and efficient service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the service department including scheduling, workflow and productivity
- Financial Performance: Monitor and manage the department's financial performance, including budgets, expenses and profitability
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are performed to Audi's specifications
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development for service staff to keep up with the latest Audi technologies and service techniques
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management, preferably with a luxury brand
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics and repair procedures
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Certifications: Previous management certification is a plus
