AddressEstablished in 1970 Kentan Machinery is a successful and growing family owned Agricultural & Construction machinery dealership located in Hexham, Taree, Muswellbrook & West Gosford. We are authorised sales and service dealers for Kubota Tractors, Kubota Excavators, Turf equipment and Krone as well as several respected leading brands of farm equipment.
Due to our expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced self-motivated individual for the position of Service Manager. Successful applicants should preferably (however not absolutely necessary) have several years of experience in Agricultural or Construction Machinery, possess excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills and have a sound knowledge of Mechanics & Hydraulics.
You will be an important part of our service operations, who will be responsible for Managing the day to day operations of our busy service department, providing first class customer service, building customer relations & performing duties relating to supporting our After Sales Service environment.
Essential Criteria
- A Trade certificate in either Automotive or Plant mechanics with at least 5 year’s service experience.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethics, excellent customer service skills, good IT, organisational and communication skills are essential.
- Be committed to pursuing strong WH&S standards.
- Excellent Time management
- Agricultural or Construction machinery experience preferred but not essential.
- A desire to succeed and be part of a growing team
- Hydraulics and Electrical experience.
An attractive salary including Vehicle and phone will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
