About the roleThe Audience Growth & Engagement Coordinator will assist with the planning and execution of innovative fan engagement initiatives across a variety of touchpoints including open training sessions, Richmond Match Days, and fan engagement activities locally, regionally, and nationally.
What you'll be responsible for- ❎ Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals, including awareness, engagement, and leads

Conducts research into relevant trends, industries, markets and customers to develop informed sales strategies

Analyze and optimize targeted advertising on social platforms to reach specific audiences
