AUDIOLOGIST – Salisbury & City site
A unique opportunity exists for a dedicated & enthusiastic Audiologist to join the team at the ONDC Hearing Specialists Salisbury & City locations.
ABOUT THE BUSINESS
ONDC Hearing Specialist is a local organisation created and owned by South Australian ENT surgeons with the mission of providing patient-centred health care to people afflicted with hearing, balance and dizziness disorders.
THE ROLE
ONDC has a full-time opportunity for a passionate and dedicated QP Audiologist to work across our two locations (Salisbury & City) with free parking available at both sites. The position involves performing diagnostic hearing assessments, fitting and counselling for GP and ENT referrals, WorkCover, HSP and private patients.
We pride ourselves on having no sales targets or pressure to ensure that the advice and recommendations you provide is best suited to the patient.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting diagnostic hearing assessments
- Evaluations, fittings and prescribing of hearing aids
- Providing adjustments, maintenance and minor repairs of hearing aids
- Performing annual reviews for WorkCover, Private & HSP clients
- Reports for GPs and ENT Specialists
ABOUT YOU
- University qualifications with a Postgraduate Diploma, or Master of Audiology.
- Audiology Australia membership.
- Willingness to travel across both Salisbury & City locations
- Friendly, team player with a passion for helping others
- Excellent communicator, efficient worker with empathy towards others
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as within a small team.
- Able to build strong relationships with clients & team members
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
