About the Position:
As an Allied Health and Audiology provider, we are looking for a Medical Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for clients, while also providing support across the Group.
• First point of contact for customers and clients entering our centre;
• Assist clients managing their appointments;
• Manage invoicing for services provided by Can:Do Group;
• Support Audiology with Hearing Aid Care, services and repairs.
Our ideal candidate has:
• Outstanding communication skills; face-to-face, on the telephone and in writing;
• High level of attention to detail;
• Possess experience using administrative systems, practices and procedures, including CRM (Client Record Management systems);
• Hold or be prepared to undertake an NDIS Worker screening clearance and DHS Working with Children screening clearance.
