The role & team
Our Audiology department is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong focus on customer service to join the team. In your role, you will manage our general audiology inbox and act as the primary point of contact for audiology-related questions and escalations, you'll assist our Audiology Partners and Support Office team with audiology related queries and administrative tasks.
Your duties will include coordinating audiology induction programs, setting up audiology system access for new store openings, and ensuring accurate distribution of operational reports within specified timeframes. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in managing Hearing Services Program (HSP) claims for our Audiology stores.
We believe in adopting a hybrid approach to support our people and the future of work. When not working from an alternate location, this role will be based at our support office in Port Melbourne.
The skills we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service
- Proficient problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify, analyse, and resolve customer problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both via written and verbal communications
- Attention to detail
- Retail or Audiology experience is desirable but not essential
