The Opportunity  

As an Audit Intermediate, you will bring your strong social conscience and commercial focus to our clients and team. Reporting to the Audit Manager(s), you will be responsible for delivering high quality comprehensive audits through the use of effective internal controls to meet budgets and deadlines of client audit engagements in line with Australian Auditing Standards. Your team is dynamic, driven, agile and collaborative and embraces growth and development opportunities for individuals and as a collective.

To be considered for the role you will have: 

  • 1-2 years in Australian external auditing and financial reporting
  • Currently undertaking or interest in studying for CA or CPA qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft product suite (excel, word, power-point)
  • Working knowledge of CaseWare or similar audit file technology
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the client portfolio with quality, integrity, and clarity at the forefront of your approach and delivery
  • Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
  • An ongoing appetite and willingness to work with not-for-profit clients (previous experience with NFP’s highly desirable)
  • A driver's license valid in Australia and ready access to a motor vehicle
