What this opportunity involves:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Lead to join our Project and Development Services team. This role will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective project, program, and construction services to our client. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining client relationships, and driving growth opportunities.
An Overview of the role:

• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project delivery teams, ensuring projects are planned, prioritized, and executed effectively
• Collaborate closely with other JLL service lines to deliver holistic services and achieve client's strategic objectives
• Monitor and track portfolio of projects, ensuring financial performance and achievement of targets.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, both through existing services and new service development.
• Manage engagements with project resources and allocate resources appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant legislation and standards.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to client stakeholders.
• Act as an escalation point, resolving project issues promptly and efficiently.
• Oversee tender panels and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Manage project closeouts, including documentation handover and efficient project completion.
• Provide client-focused reports in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction scores and implement improvement plans as necessary.

• Comprehensive experience in a property operations role and relevant formal education
• Demonstrated experience in delivering business process improvements
• Strong understanding of project, program, and construction delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and digital reporting systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• In-depth knowledge of project, program, and construction delivery from inception to closure
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills to motivate stakeholders and drive successful initiatives
• Knowledge of compliance standards and Environmental Health and Safety legislation
