THE POSITION:
- Liaising with TA and the AO project manager to deliver and prepare for the AO
- Source F&B activations and collaborations to achieve AO / Levy strategy for future AO events
- Working closely with AO, Levy Legal and Foodbuy to determine the commercial agreements for activations, collaborations
- Identify both local and international food trends and suppliers that align with AO
- Assist in budget development and management for the AO, tracking expenses, monitoring budgets, and optimising resource allocation to maximize ROI and operational efficiencies
