• Cert III in Automotive Electrical Technology (AUR30312) or equivalent with substantial heavy-duty experience.
• Alternatively, Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (AUR31120) or equivalent (MVTC).
• Minimum 3 years post-trade experience in a comparable heavy industry role.
• Proficient in diagnostic and repair techniques, emphasising problem-solving skills.
• Advantageous to have heavy equipment product knowledge and experience in component changeouts.
• Valid C class licence is a requirement, with MR licence preferred (not essential).
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a well-established ability to work with precision.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organisational, time management, and communication skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts.

• Eagerness to diversify skills beyond Auto Electrics, including a proactive approach to learning additional responsibilities such as air conditioning maintenance.
