We are on the hunt for an Auto Electrician to join our team in our Mackay Mine Shop. This is a Permanent Full Time role working a 7/7 roster.
As an Auto Electrician, you will:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and recondition jobs on all equipment.
- Research and consult the correct and latest service information systems for specific procedures, instructions, and specifications.
- Research and use the correct and latest parts and service information systems to order parts, as well as the guide to correct disassembly/assembly details.
- Take all reasonable steps to ensure that assigned tasks are free of faulty workmanship, assuring quality in the finished product.
- Carry out all repairs using the appropriate control guidelines to ensure that rework jobs do not occur.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Automotive Electrical Trade Qualifications.
- Experience in assembling new equipment is desirable.
- Strict adherence to safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and add value to our business.
- Computer Literate.
- Committed to a No Harm Environment.
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean workspace.
- A continuous Improvement commitment and positive attitude towards change.
- Physically fit to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + D&A Screening.
- A proficient & motivated work ethic.
