The site currently manufactures approximately 110 million litres of finished goods every year including The Juice Brothers, Daily Juice, Mildura, and Zooper Dooper. Reporting to the Engineering Reliability Leader, the Mechanical Fitter will provide mechanical and automation support for site operational breakdown, maintenance, and improvement requirements. Seek innovative solutions and perform tests on equipment by the standards and procedures of quality, safety, and environment to ensure the elimination of defects.Shift pattern will be negotiated regarding to candidate availability. This position will be 38 hours per week Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday (night shift). Responsibilities Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and systems for emergency repairs and carry out preventive maintenance inspections.Improve workforce productivity by eliminating potential delays by technical support and fault finding of mechanical issues.Partner with the Automation Electrician on shift to provide solutions to production issues.Active participation in Continuous Improvement and ad-hoc projectsDevelop and implement safe systems of work without supervision and provides technical guidance when requiredAbout youMinimum Cert III mechanical maintenance qualificationBasic automation knowledges/experience is desiredFMCG manufacturing backgroundAbility to managing multiple priorities in a timely mannerAbility to…
