We have an opportunity for an Automation Technician with experience in automation and control systems to join our Service team in Kalgoorlie, WA to continue delivering exceptional outcomes to our clients.
As an Automation Technician, you will be experienced in troubleshooting using online PLC and SCADA tools across some of the major platforms including Rockwell, Siemens, GE, Schneider, Omron, Mitsubishi and more.
Key responsibilities:
- Field service and breakdown support for a range of customers over varying industries.
- Preventative, corrective and recommended maintenance and documentation.
- Electrical installation works.
- Offsite remote support.
- Assistance with commissioning of projects.
- On the job timekeeping and invoicing
Essential capabilities and experience:
- A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment.
- Must have industrial electrical experience.
- Electrical installation and commissioning experience.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability and desire to participate in a rotating after hours on-call roster.
Key requirements:
- A-Grade Electrical Licence.
- Australian drivers licence.
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal History Check & pre-employment medical which includes a Drug & Alcohol test.
