YOUR ROLE
In the role of an Automation Test Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass the creation of automated tests across different testing scenarios. This includes tasks such as generating test data, conducting in-sprint automated testing for new functionalities, performing automated shakeout testing for continuous integration pipelines, and executing comprehensive automated regression testing. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the platform test automation framework and test assets. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a highly collaborative and dynamic environment.
This is a full-time, permanent role that is open for a Sydney or Melbourne location and involves a hybrid work model.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an Automation Test Engineer, preferably working in large enterprise applications along with the following experience:
- Expertise in the use of a BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) framework based on Cucumber, or similar.
- Experience in using automation tools, such as Selenium WebDriver and Fitnesse.
- Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or similar.
- Experience in the use of SQL, Source Control (Git), CI Tooling (Jenkins/Bamboo), Confluence
