The Administration Clerk will assist with all day to day administrative tasks at the dealership.

As an Administration Clerk you will be responsible for:
- Accounts payable and daily store banking.
- Registering vehicles and completion of delivery paperwork.
- Data entry and stationery orders.
- New vehicle warranty registrations and maintaining rebate schedule.
- Providing supportive internal customer service and assisting the team with general administration duties.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Data entry/administration experience (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Competent computer skills - especially Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Developed time management and organisational skills.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills.
