We have a full-time Receptionist / Administration Clerk position available to join our busy legal firm. We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and organised person to provide quality administration assistance to our team.
The role involves a wide variety of office support tasks including, but not limited to:-
- Reception duties
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Opening files and data base management
- Filing, scanning, photocopying and printing documents
- Ordering stationery
- General office support and ad-hoc duties
- Safe Custody management and maintenance
- Deliveries and banking
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Kitchen duties
- General Housekeeping
The ideal candidate must have:-
- A minimum of 1 year's office experience within a professional environment.
- Law firm experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A strong work ethic and the ability to provide high quality work in a demanding environment.
- Strong time management skills.
