Job description

Established in 1993, Connor O'Meara is a firm specialising in planning & environment law and commercial property law in the Brisbane CBD.

We have a full-time Receptionist / Administration Clerk position available to join our busy legal firm.  We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and organised person to provide quality administration assistance to our team. 

The role involves a wide variety of office support tasks including, but not limited to:-

  • Reception duties
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Opening files and data base management
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying and printing documents
  • Ordering stationery
  • General office support and ad-hoc duties
  • Safe Custody management and maintenance
  • Deliveries and banking
  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Kitchen duties
  • General Housekeeping

The ideal candidate must have:-

  • A minimum of 1 year's office experience within a professional environment. 
  • Law firm experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to provide high quality work in a demanding environment.
  • Strong time management skills.
