Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Meet and greet customers in a friendly, personable and professional manner.
- Advise customers of their service needs.
- Determine the time required to perform work, estimate service and repair costs, including parts and communicate with customers.
- Ensure you obtain customers agreement or consent to all work prior to commencement of work.
- Schedule all appointments for service work on vehicles.
- Ensure customer details are correct and up to date.
- Keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle.
