About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative or experienced Service Advisor to join our team Christies Beach. This is an integral role as you will be responsible for creating professional first impressions with customers. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who is truly customer orientated and passionate about working with people.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and calls in a professional and polite manner
- Greet customers entering the service reception area in a professional and friendly manner
- Promptly attend to all service bookings made via email / online / phone
- Assist Service Advisors when required
- General administration duties

- Strong problem solving and computer skills
- Prior experience within a car dealership environment will be viewed favourably but is not essential
- A mature, calm and flexible, can do attitude will be key to your success
