YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION;
- Stage your presence with the team, build trust and rapport with internal stakeholders and be a people leader first
- Lead, support and develop the capabilities of the Service team
- Taking the lead on the customer journey, to actively stage your presence as the department leader to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Compliance Management, ensuring Manufacturer Standards are met and exceeded
- Utilising company DMS proficiently and accurately
- Manage department P&Ls and manufacturer reporting
- Work with manufacturers on implementing business objectives across departments
- Planning and post-review of advertising and promotions
- Day to day operation of the Service departments
- An experienced Automotive General Sales Manager / Branch Manager or GM looking to grow and innovate an expanding site
- A People Leader, we want you to lead by example and drive expectations across the departments
- An experienced Manager who truly feels their 'place' is making change and their values are aligned to exceeding customer expectations and able to achieve department buy-ins to their strategy
