Automotive Finance And Insurance Salesperson

The perfect candidate for this role will be highly motivated with a genuine invested interest of selling a range of Finance and Insurance products and vehicles to our valued customers.

It is envisaged that you have previously worked in Retail sales, Hospitality or Banking / Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions and Insurance providers
• Providing exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the financing process and presenting suitable options
• Preparing and submitting finance applications
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction 
• Stay up to date with industry trends, comply with Finance and Insurance regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

What you need to succeed in the role:

• Retail sales experience
• Excellent ability to work collaboratively with the finance team, sales managers, and sales team
• High level of communication skills, incorporating interpersonal awareness, oral and written communication skills and negotiation
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers
• CERT IV in financial services preferred, but not essential
• Process driven
• Current driver's license
