About the role:
- Assisting the sales team with double closing & deal negotiation
- Facilitating the finance and insurance transactions for dealership customers with integrity
- Providing agile and outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers.
- Strict adherence to compliance standards
- Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPIs
Do you have?
- Previous automotive Finance sales experience with strong negotiation and closing skills and an owner's mindset.
- Current financier accreditation
- Ability to demonstrate sustained results against KPIs
- Demonstrated integrity in previous F&I roles
- Have excellent verbal & written communication skills, including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office
- A current Australian driver’s license
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident with full Working rights
