Qualifications & experience
- Exceptional customer service and people management skills. Technical knowledge and the ability to interpret. Reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic able to motivate and support your team of mechanics. Passionate for automotive industry
- Experienced Service Manager or Advisor in automotive
- Understanding of Vinyl installation and paint protection film
Tasks & responsibilities
- Work closely with the work shop manager to ensure the successful operation of the service department.
- Manage all day to day operations in a busy workshop. Ensure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved.
- Provide best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of technicians.
- Liaise with the workshop Manager to ensure timelines are met.
