AddressWorking exclusively with BYD we have a unique opportunity for a fulltime Sales Manager to lead the team in our Robina location. The BYD sales structure is unlike anything of the past. Reporting to our QLD General Manager for BYD, you will be known for delivering the ultimate guest experience, developing innovative ways of driving business results, and will personally lead and inspire a high performing and engaged sales team.

Must haves:
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets
- Ability to perform in high pressure environments
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Automotive Sales or Dealer Licence
- Experience as a Sales Manager in an Automotive Dealership is advantageous
- A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing the challenge!
