AddressPacific Motor Group is seeking a customer focused Service Advisor to deliver support across our service centres on the Sunshine Coast.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Liaising with customers at drop and pick up
- Respond to customer queries
- Coordinate daily service appointments
- Ensure timely and regular follow ups are provided to the customer
- Build ongoing professional relationships with new and existing customers
- Work closely with internal staff members within the service department
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry and be mechanically minded
- Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and build rapport with customers
- Work autonomously in a busy, high volume environment
- Sound computer experience with the ability to learn new systems
- A valid Driver’s Licence
