Our client is a prestige dealership with an increasingly busy service department. Due to this continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced
Service Advisor to assist in this exclusive brand. The position reports to the Service Manager and you can be expected to manage the service needs of around 6 to 10 guests per day.
The department performs around 30 to 40 retail ROs per day, and prides itself on offering an unparalleled level of service to clients of this exclusive brand.
To be successful in your application you will need to have previous experience in a similar-sized operation, be self-motivated, energetic, and have a flair for delivering a high level of customer service. It is highly-desirable that candidates for this position have previous exposure to working with a luxury/premium brand.
The chosen candidate will be joining a fantastic operation, which is highly supportive of its staff, offers an excellent culture, along with career development and ongoing training.
A retainer of up to $85,000 is on offer, a monthly car allowance of $900 AND a strong incentive program, allowing you to earn c$130,000 to $150,000 per annum!
